We take pride in offering high-quality Handicrafts, Gemstones, Ethnic Jewelry, and Ethnic Wear. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided
⚠️ Note: Due to the handmade and customized nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personal use items (such as jewelry or clothing once worn)
- Perishable or fragile handcrafted items damaged due to misuse
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Attach images or videos of the product (in case of damage/defect)
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details.
